By accessing or using the MORESIE 電商回覆Bot application (the "App") and related services (the "Services") provided by MORESIE (張藥師好物分享) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MORESIE provides an automated customer service and content management platform that integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads). Our Services include:

• Automated response management for Facebook Pages and Instagram Direct Messages
• WhatsApp Business messaging and template management
• Threads content publishing, reply management, and keyword monitoring
• Business analytics and performance reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Meta Platform Integration

Our Services require connection to your Meta business accounts. By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta Platform Terms and applicable policies
• Grant our App the necessary permissions to operate on your behalf
• Ensure you have authorization to manage the connected Meta accounts

You may revoke our access at any time through your Meta account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through our Services
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the Services in a way that violates Meta's community standards or policies

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by MORESIE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Experience interruptions due to third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta API updates)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORESIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MORESIE from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You may request data export before termination where feasible

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
